Rough Start on Daily Exercises 

OK, I MEANT to wake up early and get my exercise routine going but… I didn’t… It wasn’t MY fault though! I could not sleep last night! Someone thought 2am was a great time to come blast the TV and also crash dishes around the kitchen, run the microwave (it was loud at the time haha) and cough without attempt to suppress the noise so I did not get much sleep! I woke up LATE feeling like crap, I was dizzy, and of course, fatigued.
