Double Vision, Working on Supplements

Well, my blog might be
boring for a while. I can’t see very well nor can I type that great,
I’m using Dragon voice recognition software right now but even that
is hard because my speech is slurring, not bad, but bad enough that
it messes things up if I don’t slow everything down a lot so it is
still frustrating.
So I just wanted to make a
note of where I am at with medication, supplements, diet, everything.
I am pretty much taking nothing but supplements right now, my
neurologist does not feel comfortable prescribing the medication that
I obviously need, so if I am going to get better it is going to be up
to me until I can see a real doctor who actually is trying to help
their patients rather than sell pharmaceutical products. As far as
diet goes, it is so expensive to eat healthy! I will be simply
cutting back on red meat, maybe once a week, no dairy, no legumes, no
processed foods that contain lots of sugar, etc. I am just going to
try to eat healthy and avoid certain things because I typically
eliminate a bunch of food from my diet but never replace them with
anything else. I figure it is probably better that I have some dirty fuel
to run off of then to try to run off of nothing at all…
Here is a list of the
supplements I am taking right now:
  • Omega-3 fatty acid
  • Coral calcium
  • lecithin
  • magnesium
  • vitamin C
  • vitamin D
  • vitamin B12
  • vitamin E
I also plan on adding:
  • vitamin A
  • zinc
  • B-50 complex
  • Selenium
  • ginkgo biloba
  • grape seed extract
  • Eneda
  • probiotics
So, I am just waiting to
get paid. I can’t afford to go all out but I am also going to make
sure I have at least one piece of fruit a day.
Oh yeah, I should also
mention, the only prescription medication that I am really on is
Baclofen. I am also going to give the Amantadine one more week
because I am so desperately tired at this point it doesn’t matter if
it makes me dizzy because I can’t see or move around anyways. Oh,
another point I should mention, my double vision is so bad today. I
resorted to tape over my glasses again, fun.
So hopefully all the
supplements will help, if I can build up some energy I will try to
start working out as soon as possible. My doctors don’t want to help
fix me so I guess it is up to me.
By the way, I am selling
MS is BS bracelets for my stem cell fundraiser! $20 each and it all
goes to my cause, I feel like I finally have a clock my life only
when my clock is up I will not die, I will just be severely disabled
and to me that is worse. Everyone is different but I am losing more
and more everyday. So please donate and grab a bracelet by clicking
the link below! Thank you!

About 2 months and because it is sort of an imuno-suppressant, not technically, but pretty much and it can't mix haha
